Upper Hay Lake, Nisswa

We were really looking forward to our trip to Upper Hay Lake! It would mark the first time that the 4 of us did a special family vacation with just the 4 of us. We planned to relax, hike, fish, swim and just spend time together. It was a great trip, unfortunately Graham was sick the entire trip. He managed to gain enough strength to head outside a few different times. He lasted for short periods of time fishing, dipping his toes in the water and going for a short walk. Poor little guy had such a high fever. Paige was a trooper and really sweet to Graham. She had a couple special dates with Mom and Dad because one of us would always have to stay back with Graham. We are so looking forward to doing this again every summer...such great memories and family time!

Graham

Just because he's so cute! He's a busy and sweet little boy, he loves being in his big boy bed and is working hard on potty training. Here are a few pics of this little cutie. He's OBSESSED with wearing sunglasses, he has the most sensitive eyes ever! He is full of energy and full of love!

I even got some extra special snuggles a few weeks back when he was sick...he fell asleep in my lap.

Teeth

Progression of lost teeth! At the age of 5 she has already lost 5 teeth, this girl is growing up way to quick! She's not a fan of loosing teeth, the first one was accidentally knocked out by her brother, the second one was pulled out by Paige. The third one was really loose for 3 months, the 4th one fell out in Paige's mouth at 5am and the last one was hanging by a thread (honestly, see the picture below) and fell out at the Chocolate Ox in Nisswa.
Love her toothless smile!

Twins

Graham told Ryan that they were twins the other day and insisted I take a picture! He cracks me up!

Como Zoo Field Trip/ Track and Field

I was lucky enough to go on all the class field trips this year, what a fun and energetic group of kindergarteners! Paige's friend Chelsee was in our group every time...she's such a sweet girl. Since we moved, the girls won't be in the same school next year, Chelsee is also moving so there's a good chance they won't see each other again...that has been hard on Paige. Anyway, here are a couple fun pictures from the field trip and track and field! Paige's class took 2nd place in the tug-of-war! Not bad!

Kindergarten is already over!

I fully admit, I have been terrible about blogging! I'm going to try really hard to keep up, I can't promise but I will try my best.

I'm going to start from now...I might backtrack a bit but I'm starting with the most recent events!

Our little girl graduated from Kindergarten, how did that happen?!? She changed so much and learned SOOOO much! We had a great experience at Wilson Elementary and she loved her teacher, Mrs. Cotter.

Everyone was there to cheer her on. What a lucky girl to have so much love and support!

This was the first day of Kindergarten, I'm not sure who cried more...ok, it was me! We all put hearts on our hands, if we got sad through the day we could give it a kiss and know that we were all thinking of each other. My how she has grown and changed! She's lost 4 teeth and on the verge of loosing another. I think she grew 3 inches, NO lie! Paige's fan club!
